个人简介

马柱国,研究员/博士生导师,中科院特聘研究员/中国科学院大学岗位教授。1986年7月毕业于成都气象学院气象系,1989年在中国科学院兰州高原大气物理研究所获硕士学位,1999年在中国科学院大气物理研究所获博士学位。曾任中国科学院东亚区域气候-环境重点实验室主任(2009-2020),全球变化国家重大研究计划“973”项目首席科学家(2012-2016),国家重点研发计划《全球变化及应对》专项项目首席科学家(2016-2021),国家自然科学基金委重点基金负责人(2016-2020)。主持了科技部、基金委和科学院项目多项。研究兴趣集中在全球及区域干旱化的检测和形成机理、气候与水文过程的相互作用、区域气候的分析及模拟、区域模式的发展和应用、城市化对气候变化影响等方面。兼任科学院和教育部多个重点实验室学术委员会委员和《大气科学》等多个期刊的编委。完成和发表论文共计150余篇,其中SCI论文80余篇,2004年获得科学技术部重大基础研究计划“973”项目先进个人,2012、2016和2017年分别获得省部级奖励3项,与他人合作著作5部。 近年来的主要项目 国家重点研发计划“全球变化及应对”项目:气候多尺度变化与年代际重大事件的归因与预估(2016YFA0600400,2016-2021),项目首席科学家 国家自然科学基金重点项目:气候变化和人类活动对黄河流域“三水”转化过程的影响研究(41530532,2016-2020),主持人 全球变化研究国家重大研究计划“973”项目:全球典型干旱半干旱地区年代尺度气候变化的机理及其影响研究”(2012CB956200,2012-2016),项目首席科学家 国家自然科学基金面上项目:黄土高原退耕还林的区域气候及水文效应(41275085,2013-2016),主持人 近5年发表的论文(2016-2020))
