主要利用生物核磁共振技术开展结构生物学研究和代谢组学研究, 包括:(I) 测定蛋白质、多肽及其与配体复合物的溶液结构;(II) 研究蛋白质、多肽与配体的相互作用;(III) 测定蛋白质的动力学;(IV) 研究重大疾病的代谢特征、生物标志物和早期诊断方法;(V) 研究药物的药效、毒性和作用机制。
