研究领域

围绕核酸化学生物学开展工作,主要针对特殊二级结构核酸(G - 四链核酸、左手螺旋核酸 Z-DNA)以及修饰核酸,进行结构与功能研究;发展小分子探针策略,对核酸的结构和功能进行调控;拓展以特殊二级结构核酸为靶标的创新药物设计和调控工具系统;解决传统方向以外的新功能揭示以及创新应用拓展
