癌症发生、发展相关的基因转录调控机制以及干细胞向神经细胞、心肌细胞分化的分子机制

1）转录因子IIA在人类细胞、小鼠胚胎干细胞中的基因转录调节机制。 2）转录因子BRF1在基因转录中的作用机制。 3）Filamins(FLNA和FLNAB)在基因转录、细胞增殖和迁移中的作用机制。 4）FilaminA在小鼠胚胎干细胞向神经细胞、心肌细胞中的作用及分子调节机制。
