个人简介

杨凯，男，教授，博士，博士生/博士后导师。毕业于华西医科大学，现任重庆医科大学附属第一医院口腔颌面外科主任及国家住院医师口腔颌面外科规范化培训基地主任，中华口腔医学会口腔颌面-头颈肿瘤专业委员会委员，中国医师协会口腔医师分会委员，中国抗癌协会头颈肿瘤专业委员会委员，重庆市口腔医学会副会长，重庆市医师协会口腔医师分会副会长，重庆市口腔医学会口腔生物医学专委会主任委员，国家自然科学基金医学部评议专家，重庆市口腔医学学术技术带头人，获“重庆市高校中青年骨干教师称号”。 一直坚持在临床、科研和教学的第一线，具有丰富处理疑难危重病人的临床经验，先后负责开展10余项临床新技术。作为负责人获国家自然科学基金3项和省市级医学研究课题6项，获省市级医学科学进步奖4项，以第一作者或通讯作者发表论文160余篇，其中SCI收录34篇，所发表论文被世界众多一流杂志Ca-CancerJClin和NatureNanotech等引用，其中一篇论文被Nanotechnology（IF:3.6）作为杂志封面发表。牵头制定中国专家共识1项，主编专著1部，参编4部。已招收培养博士和硕士研究生40余名，多名研究生获重庆市优秀学位论文。

口腔颌面部肿瘤临床及相关基础研究

以课题负责人获得的主要科研项目： 1.重庆市基础研究与前沿探索项目(cstc2018jcyjA0481):生物钟基因Per1调控PI3K-AKT通路促进口腔鳞癌形成机制(起止时间：2018-07-01～2021-06-30)。 2.国家自然科学基金（81172205）：靶向性近红外量子点对癌症早期诊断和个体化治疗的研究（2012年1月～2015年12月）。 3.国家自然科学基金(30872925):基于近红外量子点成像方法非侵入活体原位对恶性肿瘤浸润转移的可视化动态研究（2009年1月～2011年12月）。 4.国家自然科学基金（30470893）:半导体量子点用于活细胞内蛋白质分子相互作用及运动规律的实时动态研究（2005年1月～2007年12月）。 成果奖励 1.2014年重庆市医学科技成果奖一等奖：口腔鳞癌早期筛查及个性化综合防治的临床和基础研究（排名第二）。 2.2007年度重庆市科学技术进步奖三等奖：口腔癌靶向治疗的相关基础和应用研究（排名第一）。 3.2006年度重庆市医学科技成果奖二等奖：多种不同化疗方案、不同给药方法对口腔鳞癌行新辅助化疗的临床应用比较和化疗敏感性预测研究（排名第一）。 4.2004-2005年度重庆市医学科技成果奖三等奖：多种靶向机理的抗癌纳米微粒对口腔癌靶向治疗的研究（排名第一）。
