We seek to explore the mechanisms of immune defense against viruses at the mucosal surfaces, and to develop the mucosal vaccine strategies. we are also devoting efforts to optimizing current vaccine platforms, e.g. adenoviral vectored vaccines and mRNA vaccines, for more secure, more effective, and more affordable utilizations.
