Our current research involves the study of functional materials and multidimensional tuning. Most notable among these are the optoelectronic materials. By using state-of-the-art synchrotron-based and in-laboratory probes, we study these systems by examining their interactions with external stimuli, such as pressure, temperature, magnetic field, laser, etc. Our research also involves exploration of novel materials under extremes for energy conversion and storage applications.
