Introduction ： PengYi Tang, Associate Professor of 2020 X-Lab at ShangHai Institute of Microsystem and Information Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He is group leader of the Surface/Interface of New Energy and Photoelectrocatalysis Materials Group. He has focused on the surface and interface atomic structure and reaction mechanism investigation of new energy and photoelectrochemical materials. Until now, he has published 86 SCI research articles, which have been cited more than 5500 times according to google scholar, with a H-index of 44. He received Hundred Talents Program of Chinese Academy of Sciences, ShangHai Overseas Talent Program, Autonomous University of Barcelona Extraordinary PhD Award, Alexander von Humboldt Research Fellowship for Postdoctoral Researchers, Spanish Microscopy Society (SME) Award for the Best 2016-2017 PhD in Materials Science, Chinese Government Award for Outstanding Self-finance Students Abroad in 2018, German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) short term Grants for visiting research. He is currently serving as Youth Editor of The Innovation, early-career advisory board for EcoMat, early career editorial board member of Industrial Chemistry & Materials, youth editorial board member of Exploration.
