成果及论文

【学术简介】

   齐向辉,广州大学教授、博士生导师、“百人计划人才、突出学科带头人、细胞信号转导与合成生物学创新中心首任常务副主任、合成生物学与生物智造团队负责人。入选全球前2%顶尖科学家、省级高层次人才、特聘教授、科学中国人环境与轻纺领域2018年度人物提名人。担任中国食品科学技术学会酶制剂分会委员、广州合成生物产学研技术创新联盟委员等职务。主要从事天然产物、医药与高值化学品的合成生物学基础与应用研究,集中于合成生物学使能技术与生物制造,在微生物工程菌、新酶挖掘与酶的定向进化和理性设计、底盘细胞构建、细胞工厂开发、益生菌与益生元等方面开展了一系列的研究工作。主持国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金、国际合作等国家级课题10余项;在Adv SciSci BullCurr BiolBiotechnol AdvChem Eng JBioresource TechnolJ Clean ProdACS Sustain Chem EngJ Agr Food ChemACS Synth Biol等知名学术期刊发表论文200余篇;第一或通讯作者SCI论文100余篇(累计影响因子900余分、高被引论文7篇、热点1篇);主编英文专著2部、中文教材1部,参编中英文专著10部;申请中国发明专利60余件,PCT专利2件,授权英国专利1件、中国专利30余件。获国级级竞赛一等奖3项、三等奖2项,省级各类成果一等奖1项、二等奖2项、三等奖2项,获省级优秀研究生毕业论文指导教师奖1项,荣获优秀教师、优秀研究生导师等多项荣誉称号;担任Front Bioeng Biotech Q1)、Front Mol BiosciQ1副主编,Bioresource TechnolQ1)、FoodsQ1)、Appl Food BiotechnolQ4)客座编辑,以及200余种期刊的审稿专家担任国家级人才、国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金与国际合作专项、国外项目、高新技术企业等评审专家,以及国家重点研发计划绩效评估专家。

【重点领域】

要从事天然产物、医药与高值化学品的合成生物学基础与应用研究。围绕国家战略产业、卡脖子技术攻关、生物技术产业升级等国家与地方重大需求,以绿色发展理念为导向,通过合成生物学等策略解决生物制造中的基础以及应用等关键问题,聚焦于天然产物、医药、高值化学品等合成生物学与生物制造创新领域,开展高版本底盘的生物合成与适配机制、酶的挖掘与改造、细胞工厂构建、生物制造工艺等方面的研究,在D-阿拉伯糖醇、D-塔格糖、D-阿洛酮糖等功能糖, 3-羟基丙酸、1,3-丙二醇β-丙氨酸等高值化学品,以及麦角硫因、灯盏花素等医药产品上具有突出的产业化优势,部分研究与产品的相关指标已达或超过国际水平。
