【学术简介】

【研究领域】

主要从事合成生物学的基础与应用研究,在高附加值化学品、医药、功能性糖醇等的生物合成与制造方面,围绕微生物工程菌开发、新酶挖掘与酶的定向进化和理性设计、底盘细胞设计与改造、组学、生物转化与合成、发酵工程与工艺、代谢途径工程与适配、益生菌/益生元开发与功能等开展了一系列的研究工作,并在D-阿拉伯糖醇、D-塔格糖、D-阿洛糖、D-阿洛酮糖、木糖醇、3-羟基丙酸、1,3-丙二醇、己酸、生物乙醇等产品的生物合成方面具有产业化优势。
