Yang Fan’s lab focuses on the tumor immune microenvironment and precision immunotherapy. Our research aims to systematically decode the spatially specific immune regulatory mechanisms within tumors, identify novel therapeutic targets and lead compounds, and drive the translational application of innovative immunotherapies in immune-cold tumors.
