Liao-Bin Dong    Principle Investigator   
Introduction ： Liao-Bin Dong is a full professor at the China Pharmaceutical University. Before joining CPU， he received his B.S. (2008) in Chinese Materia Medica at Shenyang Pharmaceutical University and Ph.D. (2014) in Medicinal Chemistry with Prof. Qin-Shi Zhao at the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences. He then joined Prof. Ben Shen's lab as a postdoctoral fellow at Scripps Research in Jupiter, Florida. Current research in the Dong Lab includes 1) the discovery and biosynthesis of bacterial terpenoids; 2) the enzymology of terpene cyclases and oxidases, and 3) the synthetic biology production of high-value terpenoids.
