Proceedings of the Steklov Institute of Mathematics is a peer-reviewed journal that publishes articles covering all topics of mathematics and mechanics. Each issue features a collection of articles focused on one or several related topics and is overseen by guest editors who collaborate with the editorial council. The peer review process of the journal does not depend on the manuscript source, ensuring a fair and unbiased evaluation for all submissions.
