研究领域

课题组研究兴趣是基于生物质谱的蛋白质组学新技术新方法建立与应用研究。与疾病相关的蛋白质往往是丰度较低的蛋白质并和蛋白质翻译后修饰有关,这些重要的蛋白质由于本身存在的量极少或修饰的量极少而很难得以有效鉴定。低丰度蛋白质和蛋白质翻译后修饰的精准质谱定性和定量分析作为一个艰巨的前沿研究任务,适合质谱鉴定的样品处理方法和相应的质谱分析方法对实现该任务起着首要和关键作用。课题组建立了一系列复杂背景干扰下低丰度蛋白质和翻译后修饰蛋白质的高灵敏鉴定和高准确定量新方法,在重大疾病蛋白质标志物高灵敏鉴定和高准确验证关键环节获系列重要成果。 课题组长陆豪杰主持包括国家重点研发计划、国家自然基金重点项目和S973课题等在内的国家及省部级项目十余项,在包括Nat Immun, Nature Commun,Angew Chem Int Ed,Mol Cell Proteomics,Anal Chem,J Proteome Res等在内的学术期刊上发表SCI论文168篇,被引2900余次,在以第一和通讯作者发表的104篇SCI论文中,有29篇的同年同领域引用率排名前20%,其中有2篇排名前1%,14篇排名前10%。在质谱分析和蛋白质组学研究领域应邀撰写多篇综述,包括发表在Anal Bioanal Chem(2010), Anal Meth(2012), Glycoconjugate J(2012), Clin Proteomics(2014),以及Chem Soc Rev (2015)等。授权中国发明专利9项。
