研究领域

利用化学小分子,尤其是蛋白蛋白相互作用抑制剂分子,研究肿瘤靶标蛋白的功能,意义,和动态修饰对肿瘤靶标性质的改变。具体包括凋亡、自噬等过程中的关键靶标的确认,靶向分子的鉴定,利用小分子描绘肿瘤靶标蛋白的信号转导通路和分子机制。 利用抑制剂分子,在蛋白质组水平确认肿瘤靶标和研究肿瘤信号转导通路。 基于结构和片段的肿瘤蛋白质相互作用抑制剂的分子设计、合成、和生物学活性研究
