出生日期:1977年10月。 食品科学与工程,管理学双硕士,食品质量与安全专业博士;副教授,硕士研究生导师。 深圳大学公共卫生学院副院长,深圳市天然新型保健品重点实验室副主任,深圳市过敏反应与免疫学研究所研究员,深圳市海外高层次人才,广东省营养学会理事。 2003年-至今 深圳大学工作;2016-2017年 美国康奈尔大学访问学者。 主要研究领域:食品安全管理,食物蛋白质致敏性、营养特性及功能特性,食物过敏反应及过敏蛋白原检测。重点研究蛋白质与小分子相互作用,研究两者共价与非共价相互作用在调控蛋白质功能特性和消化特性的作用机理,并首次将两者的共价相互作用应用于调控食物过敏原蛋白的致敏性。主持及参与国家、省、市等各类等科技项目近20项,发表论文80多篇,以第一作者或通讯作者在Trends in Food Science & Teleology,Journal of Agriculture & Food Chemistry,Food Chemistry等国际权威期刊上发表SCI论文近30篇,申请专利8项。 主要承担食品营养与食品安全方面的课程教学。
