个人简介

主要从事糖尿病的发病机制、胰岛素信号的传导、胰岛β细胞的损伤和凋亡机制、脂代谢紊乱与肺癌发生发展关系的研究以及相关药物的开发工作。特别是在细胞骨架结构的动态变化、脂肪酸与葡萄糖转运蛋白的囊泡运输等方面积累了丰富的专业知识和实验操作经验。同时,应用现代细胞与分子生物学技术在细胞和动物水平进行抗肿瘤、抗糖尿病药物的筛选与评估,并在药理研究的基础上开发新的药物。主持和参与的课题分别来自国家自然科学基金面上项目、深圳市高层次人才和深圳市基础研究基金项目。承担多门研究生和本科生课程,近五年培养1名博士后及5名硕士研究生。
