个人简介
王军，性别：男， 民族：汉族， 出生年月：1961.08.01。博士，副教授，硕士生导师。国家自然科学基金委评审专家，美国癌症协会会员，中国病理生理学会会员。1986年毕业于中国医科大学医疗系（英文医疗专业），1987年至1998年，2002年至2003年间，大连市第三人民医院（肿瘤医院）任住院医师、主治医师、副主任医师，从事临床科研工作。1991年至1992年，在北京大学（北医大）肿瘤学院免疫室从事与癌症相关的人单克隆抗体的基础医学研究。1998年入选大连市“百名跨世纪人才”公派美国深造。1999年至2002年，在美国著名的德州休斯顿M.D.Anderson癌症研究中心以博士后从事癌症的分子信号传导基础研究工作。2003年至2004年在美国加州大学洛杉矶分校David Geffen医学院分子生物学研究所以博士后从事CREB基因与癌症发病机制的基础研究。2005年至2008年在日本熊本大学分子医学药学研究部攻读生命科学（专业）博士学位，从事胰腺炎发病机制的研究。2008年至2011年在熊本大学动物资源研究支持中心(日本著名的转基因鼠制做中心)以博士后研究员从事胰腺疾病（胰腺炎和肿瘤）方面的研究。2011年以人才引进和副教授身份进入大连医科大学病理生理教研室工作。入校后获国家自然科学基金面上项目资助。本人长期从事特定基因SPINK1/Spink3在胰腺炎及肿瘤发病机制中的作用。寻找对胰腺腺泡细胞自噬进行负调节的相关关键蛋白及信号通路，探索自噬与胰腺炎之间的关系，以及SPINK1/Spink3对自噬的调节与肿瘤发生发展之间的关系。在相关领域取得了一定的成果，并在美国癌症研究（Cancer Research）等杂志发表多篇文章。未来的研究定位于SPINK1/Spink3在胰腺炎及肿瘤发病机制方面的研究。
