食品质量与安全 食品质量与安全关系到人民的身心健康。应用光谱和纳米生物技术研发新型的检测方法,具有快速、现场分析的优点,解决当前我国面临的食品质量和安全问题,具有突出重要的经济和社会意义。 药、食资源的开发利用 随着我国经济水平的飞速提高,人们的保健意识日趋增强。本团队采用现代生物技术,对药、食资源进行深加工,开发具有保健或药用的功能性产品
