研究领域

复杂性状(complex traits)是指由多个基因位点共同参与,并与非遗传因素共同作用决定的表型,包括身高、体重、基因表达量等表型连续的数量性状(quantitative traits),高血压、糖尿病、精神分裂症等表型离散的质量性状(qualitative traits),以及行为、心理、认知等难以度量的其它复杂性状。我们的研究主要以具有重要意义的数量性状和质量性状为研究对象,重点关注哪些遗传元件参与了复杂性状的形成,以及复杂性状是如何受到这些遗传元件共同调控的。
