个人简介

北京大学基础医学院药理学系研究员,药理学专业博士生导师。兼任北京大学分子心血管教育部重点实验室PI,血管医学卫生部重点实验室PI。2004年毕业于中国药科大学获理学博士学位。2008-2010年美国密西根大学安娜堡分校医学院博士后研究员。台湾大学客座教授,石河子大学“绿洲学者”讲座教授。担任中国药理学会心血管药理专业委员会委员,中国药理学会生化与分子药理专业委员会委员,中国药理学会表观遗传专业委员会委员。主持1项科技部重大研发计划,7项国家自然科学基金等科研项目的研究。近五年在 Br J Pharmacol , Nanomedicine-NBM , Adv Healthc Mater 等相关研究领域的优秀国际期刊上,以通讯作者共发表SCI论文30篇。研究论文曾荣获北京大学医学部优秀SCI论文引用奖、基础医学院优秀SCI论文奖及论文引用奖等荣誉

研究领域

研究兴趣主要是心血管疾病的防治与新药研究。从天然或合成的小分子化合物中,发现对心脏和血管重构有抑制作用的小分子药物,明确药物的作用机制与靶点,并设计药物的体内递送系统以提高药物的生物利用度及药效作用。目前的研究主要集中在通过调控炎症和氧化应激通路相关靶点干预心脏和血管重构的药物研究
