研究领域

细胞内许多关键蛋白质分子(尤其是抑癌基因产物)在维护基因组的完整性中发挥重要作用;一旦功能改变或失活,可以导致基因突变、染色体异常等多种基因组不稳定性现象,促进细胞转化和癌变。因此研究细胞稳态调控的机制对于阐明肿瘤发生和转移的机制具有重要意义。本研究室主要研究细胞内肿瘤相关的关键蛋白质分子功能及其在维护基因组稳定性方面的作用。
