个人简介

严洁女，汉族，1979年4月生，江苏盐城人，博士，副教授，中国动物学会会员、生物进化理论学会会员、两栖爬行动物学分会会员、江苏省动物学会会员。 1997-2001，南京师范大学生命科学学院，获学士学位； 2001-2006，南京师范大学生命科学学院，动物学专业，获博士学位； 2006-至今，南京师范大学生命科学学院，动物遗传资源研究所，讲师，副教授。

研究领域

从事两栖爬行动物的分子系统学和系统地理学研究。主要研究成果和正在开展的工作：结合线粒体和核ISSR标记，发现中国大陆的黑斑侧褶蛙种群中存在两个分歧明显的支系，推测华东地区和朝鲜半岛曾是该物种的冰期避难所；两大支系在中国东北的东辽地区发生了二次接触并存在渐渗基因流。对黑斑侧褶蛙支系间二次接触区的专项研究正在进行中；测定了四种蛇类的线粒体基因组全序列，结合系统发生树和线粒体基因组的基因排列，对蛇类线粒体基因组的进化过程进行了探讨，推测钩盲蛇线粒体基因组的基因排列为蛇类的祖先形式，自钩盲蛇支系分化后，发生了三种类型的重排
