个人简介

李斌,男,汉族,1971年7月生, 四川武胜人,博士,教授,博士生导师。2004年获重庆市高校优秀中青年骨干教师计划资助,2009年3月获南京师范大学优秀高层次引进人才计划资助。多种昆虫基因组计划成员,先后加入中国昆虫学,中国蚕学会,中国遗传学会,中国生化与分子生物学会、美国昆虫学会,日本蛋白质科学学会,日本蚕丝昆虫学会等学术团体。作为负责人完成国家自然科学基金2项、国家教育部课题1项,省市项目4项。参与国家科技部973、863、国家自然科学基金重点与面上、国家教育部、以及日本文部省与美国国家NIH及USDA项目等10余项。目前主持国家自然科学基金2项。 2009.3~至今,教授,南京师范大学优秀高层次引进人才 2005.11~2009.9,Research Associate, Kansas State University(美国) 2004.10~2005.10,高级访问研究员,九州大学(日本) 2001.7~2005.10,副研究员与讲师, 西南农大 1998.9~2001.6,博士,遗传与分子生物学,西南农大与日本九州大学联合培养 1996.9~1998.9,硕士,生物化学与分子生物学,西南农大 1989.9~1993.7,本科,蚕学,西南农大

研究领域

昆虫基因组与功能基因组学,蛋白质组学,分子、发育与神经生理学等研究。目前研究重点:1)利用基因组学,转录组学,蛋白组学及生物信息学对未知功能基因(或基因家族)进行鉴定与分析;2)对神经肽及其受体基因进行大规模解析,对孤儿受体进行鉴定,探讨神经肽基因及其受体基因的信号传导及其协同进化关系,并利用RNAi等手段探讨昆虫羽化,蜕皮,能量代谢,促心动,肌动,泌尿等发育、代谢调控的分子机制;3)昆虫抗药性及抗胁迫机理及其分子调节机制研究,利用基因组学与生物信息学手段等对昆虫抗药性及抗胁迫机理及其环境适应机制进行解析,探索其信号传导途径,进而阐明其进化适应机制及其在免疫与昆虫防治研究中的重要作用
