杜福良 - 南京师范大学

个人简介

杜福良，教授，博士生导师。1984年获南京师范大学学士学位，曾任扬州大学(江苏农学院) 助教，讲师, 并参加国家七五，八五, 863等重点生物技术攻关项目。1994年赴美国康奈尔大学(Cornell University) 动物科学系从事胚胎工程、克隆及基因转移的研究。2000年获康奈尔大学遗传与分子生物学博士。

研究领域

基因敲除/基因改造，生物医学研究的转基因动物模型体细胞核移植技术，分子重编程/重启动和表观遗传学胚胎干细胞研究，分化与功能分析基因特异性表达及其在胚胎着床前发育的功能调控辅助生殖学－卵母细胞体外成熟/受精/培养胚胎及配子冷冻保存技术生物反应器－新型制药技术的研究
