南京江豚保护协会理事、南京师范大学“青蓝工程”优秀青年骨干教师、美国海洋哺乳动物协会会员 2007--南京师范大学理学博士毕业，留校工作至今； 2014.12-2015.12美国国家海洋与大气管理局NOAA西南渔业科学中心和美国加州大学圣地亚哥分校访问学者； 2015美国东太平洋大型鲸类考察CLAW-leg4专家组成员；

研究领域

鲸豚种群生态学、保护生物学和毒理生态学特别关注的物种---布氏鲸、中华白海豚和江豚。具体内容：社会结构，最适栖息预测，船只对鲸豚影响，有毒污染物在食物链中的传递，营养级，种群密度，家域，分布模式等
