个人简介

赵忠，男，汉族，博士、副教授。1990年毕业于华中科技大学并获学士学位。1990年9月到1999年8月在中国空间技术研究院兰州五一零所真空物理实验室工作并获得电子，离子与真空物理专业理学硕士学位。2000.10-2001.8在德国亚琛工业大学第一物理研究所Thomas Michely 教授的研究组做访问学者，从事表面物理研究。2001.9-2006.11在德国乌尔姆大学攻读博士学位, 师从 R.J.Behm 教授。取得博士学位后，2006.11-2007.4 在同一研究所做科研助理。2007.5-2009.5 在美国弗吉尼亚大学化学系 I.Harrison 教授研究组做博士后，从事气体分子与固体表面相互作用的动态学研究。2009.6 来兰州大学物理与科学技术学院磁电子所工作。目前的主要研究方向为以扫描隧道显微镜和分子束外延生长为主要手段的表面物理，表面分析，表面或薄膜微结构与磁性相关性研究等。
