个人简介

靳志文, 1990年出生于山西省朔州市,2011年本科毕业于兰州大学物理科学与技术学院;2016年于中国科学院化学研究所取得博士学位;此后在刘生忠教授课题组开展博士后工作;2018年调入兰州大学。主要研究方向为无机半导体材料的合成,薄膜光电器件的制备及半导体器件物理的研究。主持国家自然科学基金、陕西自然科学基金、中央高校基金等科研项目7项,参与国家重点研发计划1项,获授权中国发明专利5项。迄今为止,以第一作者或通讯作者发表高水平论文50余篇,包括Nat. Commun., Joule, Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., Adv. Mater., Energy Environ. Sci., Nano Lett., Adv. Energy Mater., Adv. Funct. Mater., Nano Energy, ACS Energy Lett., Adv. Sci., Chem. Mater., Solar RRL, J. Mater. Chem. A, ACS Appl. Mater. Interfaces., Appl. Phys. Lett.等高水平能源材料期刊。被其他期刊正面引用评价1700余次。其中, IF > 10 的论文23篇,7篇论文被评为全球ESI高被引(1%)论文,1篇论文被评为全球ESI热点(0.1%)论文。学习经历: 2018.10-至今,兰州大学物理科学与技术学院,教授。 2016.8-2018.9, 陕西师范大学,材料学博士后(无机太阳能电池)。 2011.9-2016.7,中国科学院化学研究所,材料学博士(器件物理)。 2007.9-2011.6, 兰州大学物理科学与技术学院,材料化学学士。

研究领域

测重于基础研究: 1.低维材料的合成及半导体薄膜的生长调控; 2.太阳能电池、晶体管及探测器等半导体光电子器件的制备; 3.结合低温、阻抗谱、光谱等测试深入分析半导体光电器件中的物理问题。
