高存绪 - 兰州大学 - 物理科学与技术学院

个人简介

高存绪，男，兰州大学，物理科学与技术学院，教授，博士生导师。2000年、2003年分别于兰州大学物理科学与技术学院获学士和硕士学位，2007年于韩国忠南大学获博士学位。2007年至2011年间，于德国Paul-Drude固体电子学研究所做博士后。2011年9月、2017年5月分别被聘为兰州大学物理科学与技术学院副教授、教授。主要从事固体的微结构与磁电性质、反铁磁自旋电子学、室温磁性半导体和特种功能材料等方向研究工作。目前已在Physical Review Letters、Small、Physical Review B、Applied Physics Letters等学术刊物上发表SCI论文50余篇，主持国家自然科学基金面上项目2项。

固体的微结构与磁电性质磁学与磁性材料薄膜物理与自旋电子学特种功能材料和新材料物理正进行的研究工作：金属合金的拓扑属性反铁磁金属合金的磁结构及其特性室温磁性半导体金属合金薄膜的结构相变、电相变和磁相变
