个人简介

朱俊，男，博士、教授，博士生导师，1966年1月生，籍贯江苏省。在南京大学物理系完成本科、硕士和博士的学习，1995年至1996年在德国亚堔工业大学(RWTH-Aachen)做访问学者进行合作研究。2004年4月到成都电子科技大学微电子与固体电子学院从事教学、科研工作至今。

研究领域

主要从事电子功能薄膜材料制备以及结构与性能相关性的研究。
