个人简介

2000年,2004年于吉林大学获工学学士和硕士学位。2008年毕业于电子科大光电信息学院获工学博士学位。2008年至2011年先后在美国肯塔基大学(University of Kentucky)电子工程系和阿肯色大学(University of Arkansas)物理系从事博士后研究工作。 自2011年在电子科技大学工作以来,作为首席科学家主持科技部重点研发计划,主持总装预研,预研基金,自然面上和青年基金及其他省部级项目多项。研究方向为智能感知芯片与电源管理芯片,新型光电传感与光伏器件。迄今为止,在Advanced Materials, Nano Energy,Nano Letters等国际高水平期刊共计发表SCI论文100余篇。近三年来,以通讯作者(团队负责人)发表中科院JCR一区论文20余篇,其中ESI高被引论文5篇,热点论文1篇,截止到2021年, SCI论文的Google学术引用3000余次,h因子为32。

研究领域

专注于柔性电子技术研究,研究内容包括电子皮肤,人工肌肉,柔性太阳能电池,探测器,传感器等。现已创立成都荣创电子等9家高科技公司,(其中3家担任法人,蓉创电子、蓉创英和、恒立聚能),诚邀国内外半导体光伏器件及集成电路高新企业合作。
