个人简介

太惠玲,博士,副教授,2003年本科毕业于电子科技大学微电子与固体电子学院,2008年获光学工程博士学位。主要从事敏感材料的设计与合成、敏感器件制备、MEMS工艺开发以及模式识别技术等方面的研究工作。参与了国防“十一·五”预研项目、国家杰出青年科学基金及国家重大专项等多项科研项目;作为课题负责人承担了总装预研基金1项、国家自然科学基金(青年基金)1项及总装新品项目1项。获得了教育部科技进步二等奖1项,国防科学技术二等奖1项。近年来在Sensors and Actuators B、International Journal of environment analysis chemistry、Journal of Materials Science and Technology、物理与化学学报、无机材料学报等国内外刊物和会议上发表(含录用)论文20余篇,其中SCI收录6篇,获得国家发明专利1项,申请发明专利3项。
