个人简介

上海交通大学副研究员,博士生导师,从事微生物细胞工厂的构建,实现蘑菇真菌源重要代谢物的高效生物合成。基于合成生物学、基因组编辑等策略,挖掘决定细胞工厂优良性状的关键遗传因子并解析其机制。 2012年,获得中国科学院上海生命科学研究院微生物学博士学位; 2012-2015年,在美国伊利诺伊大学厄巴那香槟分校从事博士后研究; 2015-今,上海交通大学,副研究员; 2019-今,上海交通大学,博士生导师; 现任上海市生物工程学会合成生物学专业委员会委员、中国医药生物技术协会合成生物技术分会委员。 2017年,荣获上海交通大学晨星优秀青年学者副教授支持计划(B类) 2019年,荣获日本生物技术学会授予的DaSilva Award 2019、2020年,荣获上海交通大学优秀班主任 2023年,荣获镁伽科技授予的镁伽工程奖 2024年,荣获上海市生物工程学会“曼森”生物工程优秀青年科学家奖

研究领域

Mushroom Synthetic Biology Efficient Biomanufacturing Develop genome engineering tools and smart response systems in mushroom for applicatons in efficient biosynthesis of secondary metabolites. Develop and apply genome engineering tools to discover the genetic determinants for chassis cell construction regarding efficient biomanufacturing.
