研究领域

目前课题组重点研究在正常生理情况下和糖尿病发病过程中细胞能量感受(nutrient sensing)和代谢重编程(metabolic reprogramming)的转录调控和信号转导机制,及其在糖尿病发生发展过程中的作用,从而为糖尿病的诊断和治疗提供理论基础和新的药物靶标。 肥胖和2型糖尿病及其并发症的分子机制; 表观遗传学(染色质重塑)对细胞能量代谢的调控作用和机制; 骨骼肌能量代谢稳态在骨骼肌发育、损伤修复和糖尿病发病过程中的作用和机制; 胰岛beta细胞的代谢调控和损伤机制。
