严励，中山大学孙逸仙纪念医院副院长，内分泌科主任，二级教授，中山大学名医，博士生导师。现任中华医学会内分泌分会常委，中华医学会内分泌分会肥胖学组组长，广东省内分泌学会主委，广东省保健医学会内分泌分会副主任委员，中国老年保健医学研究会老年内分泌与代谢病分会副主任委员，《中国实用内科杂志》副主编，曾任中华医学会糖尿病分会足病组副组长。
