研究领域

(1)通过基因组删减构建模式微生物或工业微生物菌株的小基因组;(2)采用合成生物学方法构建生产生物材料、生物燃料和天然产物的微生物细胞工厂;(3)利用染色体无痕修饰技术构建生物安全、遗传稳定且降解谱广的多功能降解工程菌;(4)基于宏基因组学策略挖掘环境基因组中新颖的基因资源。杨超博士始终围绕“微生物代谢”这一主题,对微生物合成和分解代谢进行了系统性和创新性研究
