个人简介

学科方向药物标靶的疾病分子机制研究王教授课题组多年来一直系统地进行肠道微生物遗传进化和多样性的研究，先后主持“艾滋病与病毒性肝炎传染病防治”科技重大专项、“863”项目和“国家自然科学基金重点项目”等重大科研项目20余项，在生物进化领域的一些基本问题（生物多样性的分子进化形成机制，进化分子钟，病原微生物的进化形成机理, 染色体一些特殊区域的进化形成机理）的研究上取得了一系列具有国际前沿水平的创新成果。共在Nature、PNAS、Genome Biology和FEMS Microbiology Reviews等国际权威期刊发表SCI收录论文195篇，总影响因子646，被引用5500余次。获国际发明专利4项，国内发明专利105项。
