个人简介

学科方向 药物靶标的疾病分子机制研究 韩际宏教授, 南开大学生命科学院特聘教授, 博士生导师,973计划首席科学家。分别于1987年和1989年毕业于南开大学化学系和高分子研究所并取得学士和硕士学位。1995毕业于美国康乃尔大学医学院生物化学系,获博士学位。随后分别在美国西奈山医学院 (Mount Sinai School of Medicine), Hoffmann-La Roche Inc.制药公司, 康乃尔大学医学院血管生物学中心等完成博士后并工作数年。1999年和2004年分别被康乃尔大学医学院血管生物学中心聘为助理教授和副教授,2007年被聘为南开大学生命科学学院特聘教授。十余年来主要从事心血管生物学特别是动脉粥样硬化,巨噬细胞泡沫化分子生物学机制研究,结合胆固醇和脂代谢的研究寻找预防、减少动脉粥样硬化发病的机理和途径。在国际一流刊物上以主要作者身份发表五十多篇论文并多次在国际学术大会作报告,论文被引用近2000次。为多种国际学术刊物编辑或审阅稿件, 在该学术领域具有一定的影响力。
