个人简介

李娟,副研究员 2002年就读于南开大学信息学院光电子所,2005年毕业,取得博士学位。主要从事半导体材料器件及新型显示技术的研究工作。曾参加科技部国家863计划-平板显示专项(一期) "全彩色有机发光有源驱动技术的研究"( 基金号:2002AA303260)和二期"多晶硅TFT有机发光有源驱动技术的研究" (基金号:2002AA303260 )课题的研究工作,以及一项国家自然科学基金重点项目"有机发光显示屏中poly-Si TFT的关键技术的研究" (基金号:No.60437030),取得较好结果。主持完成一项天津市的自然科学基金项目"低温多晶硅激光晶化微加工研究及其TFT的探索" (基金号:No.5YFJMJC01400)。评价为国际先进。与华南理工大学合作863计划-平板显示专项“基于低温多晶硅TFT基板的有源OLED关键技术研发” (基金号:2008AA03A335)课题。目前正在承担国家自然科学基金一项。已发表重要文章30余篇
