个人简介

1992年7月于南开大学电子科学系本科毕业,1997年7月于南开大学光电子薄膜器件与技术研究所硕士毕业,2003年东京工业大学综合理工学研究科物理情报系统创造专业博士毕业。2003-2004东京工业大学大学院理工学研究科附属像情报工学研究施设博士后。2004年晋升为副教授,2005年晋升为教授。目前主要致力于新型光电材料及器件和与新能源系统相关的研究与开发工作。

研究领域

主要从事新型光电材料与器件、新型薄膜显示技术以及与新能源、智能电网相关的研究工作。主要研究方向为有机无机杂化钙钛矿材料及器件研究、新型聚合物有机太阳电池研究、量子点纳米颗粒光电性能及器件研究、硅基合金薄膜材料与器件研究、能源系统的设计研究。
