2009.3~2010.3 国家留学基金委访问学者,德国菲利普斯马尔堡大学 生物物理 2005.3~2007.1 南开大学生命科学院,分子生物学,博士后研究; 1999.9~2004.7南开大学信息技术科学学院,微电子学与固体电子学专业,博士学位; 1993.9~1997.7南开大学电子系,电子材料与元器件专业,学士学位。

研究领域

1)新型电子敏感材料与器件的研究,针对生物、化学、医学以及环境监测的实际,开展新型敏感材料、敏感器件以及检测方法的研究; 2)光-电化学型生化传感器及检测系统的研究; 3)互联网+健康监测技术及装置的研究; 4)新型生化-敏感电子器件的理论建模与仿真分析
