个人简介

2003—现在:中国海洋大学 海洋生命学院 生物化学与生物材料研究室,教授,博士研究生导师,海洋生物系 系主任; 2000-2002:韩国大学(Korea University) 生命工学院 合作研究并攻读博士学位;1999.10-12:德国 格丁根大学 有机化学研究所 做政府间交流学者; 1998-1999:访问新加坡 MarinEx(私人)公司 任海洋药物合作研究专家; 1988-2000:中国海洋大学 海洋生命学院 助教-讲师- 副教授,并兼任生物工程系 副系主任、系主任; 1985-1988:东北师范大学 有机化学-生物化学专业 攻读硕士研究生。 青岛市技术拔尖人才,国家自然基金委项目评审专家组成员,山东省生物化学与海洋生物材料高校重点实验室主任、山东省中韩海洋生物材料国际合作研究中心主任,《海洋通讯》编委,青岛市甲壳质研究会副理事长。主持和完成国家科技部国际合作研究项目5项;国家‘863’项目1项;国家自然科学基金4项;韩国政府‘BK21’项目1项;教育部博士点基金2项;教育部留学回国基金1项;山东省攻关项目2项;山东省优秀科学家奖励基金1项;还参与完成各级政府项目10项,与企业合作开发或转让项目等20余项。作为首位人员获得教育部科技进步2等奖、国家海洋局科技成果2等奖、山东省高校自然科学1等奖、青岛市技术发明2等奖等共8项。获得技术发明专利16项,包括1项美国专利。已发表学术论文181篇,其中SCI论文120篇。

研究领域

从事海洋生物材料研究和纳米生物技术研究。1)皮肤组织修复生物材料研究,用壳聚糖和羧甲基壳聚糖等研制C-P-C结构的不对称生物膜,用于皮肤创伤组织再生修复研究,开展抑菌、药物缓释、促进创伤愈合和抑制瘢痕增生等生物功效和分子机制研究, 研发软组织创伤修复新型生物材料 2)纳米生物载体技术研究,用海洋生物大分子进行结构修饰,研究纳米载体的制备技术、靶向技术、载药技术、细胞和组织中输运过程,研究纳米材料与细胞和生物组织之间的相互作用,评价纳米尺度下载体的生物安全性和功效,创造新型纳米药物 3)水凝胶类生物材料,用海洋生物大分子研制温度敏感型水凝胶和pH响应性水凝胶,研究水凝胶的性能、结构和生物相容性,开展细胞三维培养研究、药物缓释研究、生物支架研究、血管栓赛研究,研究生物材料微结构、微环境与组织细胞生长之间的生物学效应,研发微创型生物医用材料
