研究领域

要致力于开展材料学、微电子学、电化学等交叉学科研究。到目前为止,在金属氧化物半导体制备和应用方面进行了许多原创性研究,并取得一系列较为重要的研究结果。

从事材料科学,电化学,微电子学等交叉学科研究。近年来,在金属氧化物半导体制备和应用方面进行了许多原创性研究,取得一系列重要的研究结果:通过湿化学方法,电化学方法,溶剂热法等多种手段,制备出各类具有显微结构的TiO2纳微材料,并在光电转换、分解水制氢等节能环保领域应用进行了深入探索,发现了一批重要的实验现象和研究结果。
