个人简介

深圳大学教授,广东省杰青、广东省珠江人才青年拔尖人才、深圳大学荔园优青、美国Michigan大学电气工程与计算机科学系访问教授。长期从事微电子领域新型信息器件(忆阻器和晶体管存储器)研制和类脑计算芯片应用研究工作。近年来以第一作者及通讯作者身份发表包括Science,Chemical Reviews,Materials Today, Advanced Materials(10篇), ACS Nano, Advanced Functional Materials(9篇), Nano Letter等在内的在SCI论文90余篇, SCI引用4000余次,h-index 34。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、青年项目、广东省自然科学基金杰出青年项目等。长期担任Science,Nature Electronics,Nature Communications, Advanced Materials, ACS Nano, Nano Letters,Advanced Functional Materials等四十余个国际知名期刊的审稿人。
