Our research focuses on understanding how protein-ligand interactions contribute to rate enhancements in enzymatic reactions, engineering new enzymes, developing tools for identification of specific enzymes in complex proteomes, and understanding the chemical mechanism of enzymes that are of therapeutic interest.
