Dr. Hebert is Associate Professor in the Division of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, with a cross appointment as Associate Research Chair in Clinical Rehabilitation with the Faculty of Rehabilitation Medicine. She is Medical Lead for Adult Amputee Rehabilitation at the Glenrose Rehabilitation Hospital, with amputation rehabilitation as her primary clinical focus. As a clinician-scientist, her research focuses on the development of advanced sensory-motor prostheses and functional outcome assessments for upper and lower limb amputation. Her “Bionic Limbs for Improved Natural Control” (BLINC) lab is located in the Centre for Neural Interfaces & Rehabilitation Neuroscience in the Katz Group Building.
