个人简介

韩飞,于高中获新加坡政府全额奖学金留学南洋理工大学,并在7年内完成学士至博士学位攻读 (2012-2019),随即在香港中文大学进行博士后研究。2023年入选国家级青年高层次人才计划,于3月加入哈尔滨工业大学并组建课题组。 致力于从纳米化学的调控机理出发,结合数字化光学扫描系统研发跨领域制造方法。研发的3D微纳加工方法在材料多样性、精度、速度等多个关键指标创造世界领先水平。 近4年,发表科研论文十余篇,包括以第一/通讯作者在Science、Nat. Commun.、JACS 等国际顶级期刊发表的论文数篇。获授权的中国发明专利1项、申请公示中的美国发明专利2项。多次受邀在国内外学术会议做报告。 获2020国家优秀自费留学生奖学金、2023日内瓦国际发明展银奖、2020美国材料学会 “Science-as-Art” 竞赛全球第2名等多项荣誉和奖励。研究成果获得广泛关注,于2022年12月在Science网站主页重点展示,得到包括MIT Technology Review、Science Daily、中国科学报等在内的十余家国内外媒体报道,并接受了科学网专题采访。 (This website has issues in properly displaying English layout, I'm trying to fix it. 研究领域

The capability of "fabrication" is the foundation of any laboratory sciences or applications. At the nanoscale, the nanofabrication techniques are still rudimentary comparing with those in macroscopic world. To this end, the development of advanced fabrication technologies and understanding the underlying mechanism are the milestones towards future development of sophisticated nano-devices. We focus on polishing the skills of fabricating at the nanoscale via the interdisciplinary integration of nano-chemistry and programmable optical systems, where 3D nanofabrication platforms with world-leading parameters in several critical aspects (e.g., material generality, resolution, and throughput) have been developed. Based on these technologies, we explore their applications in a wide range of fields, including but not limit in information storage, energy, catalysis, metamaterials, and optical devices.
