个人简介

杨健教授长期从事极化理论和极化SAR应用的研究,曾提出了雷达目标的共零点、等功率曲线、等相位曲线、散射矩阵的旋转周期和准周期、广义相对最优极化、目标的相似性参数等多个概念,建立了关于最优极化和相对最优极化的新模型并给出相应的求解方法,给出了新的目标分解方法,提出了一系列基于极化SAR的目标检测和目标分类算法。 杨健教授先后主持完成了多项课题研究,其中包括5项国家自然科学基金(含一项重大课题)以及1项军委科技委重点技术加强项目(作为首席科学家),共发表论文三百多篇,其中有一百多篇论文被SCI索引。杨健教授的研究成果受到了国内外同行专家的高度评价。国际著名的极化专家Boerner教授曾六次到杨健的实验室访问,并称杨健的实验室是国际上极化领域最好的五个实验室之一;法国Pottier教授在他们所研制的极化SAR应用软件“PolSARPro”中采用了杨健等提出的5种算法;美国Mott教授在他的《Remote Sensing with Polarimetric Radar》的专著中详细介绍了杨健在相对最优极化方面所做的工作,并称杨提出了一种有效的算法;美国海军实验室的Lee博士和法国的Pottier教授在他们合写的专著《Polarimetric Radar Imaging》中详细介绍了杨健在目标分解方面的工作,并称之为“杨分解定理”;日本山口芳雄教授在其专著中《极化雷达遥感原理及应用》以及《Polarimetric SAR Imaging, from theory to applications》详细介绍了杨健的最优极化公式、所提出的极化熵计算公式及其证明等;中科院电子所杨汝良研究员在其专著《极化微波成像》中称“杨健教授对极化对比增强研究做出了突出贡献”,并在书中多处详细介绍杨健所提出的概念及方法;中科院遥感所张红研究员和王超研究员的专著《极化SAR理论、方法与应用》也多次提到杨健的工作。 杨健教授曾参与我国2颗卫星搭载合成孔径雷达的系统参数设计的论证,为我国高分三号卫星上的合成孔径雷达的主用户等(海洋局、国家减灾中心、中科院电子所)研制了多个软件模块。他还负责研制开发了基于GPGPU的极化合成孔径雷达快速成像系统,目前这一系统正应用于中电集团38所。此外,他还负责和参与了我国“高分辨对地观测重大专项”的多个课题研究。 杨健教授还在导弹精确制导与精确打击方面做出了重要贡献,主持了军科委、总装预研、火箭军预研、航天科技基金等多个项目,并参与了我国某2个型号导弹精确制导与精确打击的研究工作,提供了多种核心算法。 曾获荣誉 New Century Excellent Talents in University, Ministry of Education, China(2006-04-18) Education Award, Tsinghua University(2003-04-18) Excellent Young Teacher, Ministry of Education, China(2001-04-18) Award for Progress of Science and Technology, Ministry of Education, China, (as a member of a research team)(1996-04-18) Award for Progress of Science and Technology, Ministry of Aviation, China, (as a member of a research team)(1995-04-18) Award for Chinese Mathematical Contest in Modeling, Chinese Society of Industrial and Applied Mathematics,(as the advisor of a team of Northwestern Polytechnical University)(1995-04-18) Young Excellent Teacher, Northwestern Polytechnical University(1995-04-18) Award for Chinese Mathematical Contest in Modeling, Chinese Society of Industrial and Applied Mathematics,(as the advisor of a team of Northwestern Polytechnical University)(1994-04-18) Honorable mention on International Mathematical Contest in Modeling, American Society of Industrial and Applied Mathematics,(as the advisor of a team of Northwestern Polytechnical University)(1993-04-18) Award for Excellent Young Lectures, Northwestern Polytechnical University(1993-04-18) Education Award for Distinguished Teaching, Northwestern Polytechnical University(1993-04-18) Award for Progress of Science and Technology, Shaanxi Province’s Government, China.(as a member of a research team)(1992-04-18) Award for Progress of Science and Technology, Shaanxi Province’s Government, China, 1991.
