个人简介

蒋琛博士,现任清华大学电子工程系助理教授。本科毕业于上海交通大学电子工程系获工学学位,博士毕业于英国剑桥大学工程系获博士学位。博士研究为全喷墨印刷低电压有机薄膜晶体管,实现了低功率运行(小于1 nW)和高本征增益(大于1000 V/V)的有机薄膜晶体管,可用于实时监测人体电生理状况,成果发表于Science期刊。博士后期间,曾任英国剑桥大学临床神经科学系Wellcome基金会青年交叉学者,主要研究为人工耳蜗电流扩散和三维打印耳蜗模型。目前,研究兴趣主要集中在新型的电子器件结构、大面积柔性透明电子、低功耗电路,及其可穿戴与植入式传感/刺激的生物电子界面系统。曾获得2018年IEEE电子器件协会博士生奖。 教育经历 2014.1-2019.1 英国剑桥大学博士学位 2010.1-2014.1 上海交通大学学士学位 工作经历 2018.1-2021.1 英国剑桥大学临床神经系/工程系博士后 / Wellcome基金会青年交叉研究学者 曾获荣誉 Wellcome基金会青年交叉研究学者(2019-04-08) IEEE电子器件协会博士生奖(2018-12-02)

研究领域

我们的研究方向是新型半导体器件,是电子信息技术最基本的单元,具体的研究方向是基于新型有机电子材料的有机薄膜晶体管器件(organic thin-film transistor, OTFT)。该技术是一种可弯曲、低成本制造的新型半导体器件,在生物电子、柔性传感等领域具有巨大的应用前景,包括增强现实/虚拟现实、可穿戴设备、植入式设备、脑机接口等新型人机交互与医学诊疗技术。主要研究内容包括: 1. 新型TFT器件 2. 柔性TFT电路 3. TFT应用系统 4. 新型生物电子传感与刺激应用
