个人简介

窦维蓓教授1995年加入清华大学电子工程系电路与系统研究所,现任研究所副所长,先后从事数字电视、数字音频广播和多模态神经影像处理系统等领域的教学和科研工作。研究方向为多模态数据处理、信息挖掘和融合决策系统,包括视听数据和神经影像数据,集中在音频信号处理和压缩、音视频联合信息检索、脑部多模态磁共振数据和脑电(EEG)信号处理、神经信息挖掘、基于多模态信息融合的脑状态评估和预测等,组建了清华大学电子系“多模态数据处理系统研究室”。教学工作包括本科生必修课《数字信号处理》、《信号处理试验与设计》,本科生限选课《基于数字信号处理器的系统设计》,研究生专业课《数字音视频信号处理》和《数字信号处理器结构分析》,2006年获清华大学优秀教学成果一等奖。2019年中国康复医学会科学技术奖二等奖(多模态磁共振在神经康复评估中的应用研究)、2019年度AVS产业技术创新奖(AVS2音频项目)。负责研制了国家标准GB/T 33475.3-2018《信息技术 高效多媒体编码 第3部分:音频》、IEEE标准IEEE Std.1857.8 TM -2020《IEEE Standard of Second Generation Audio Coding》和 IEEE Std. 1857.2TM-2013《IEEE Standard for Advanced Audio Coding》。发表学术论文百余篇,GoogleScholar引用千余次。获授权发明专利19项,含5项标准必要专利。已培养博士生5人、硕士生20余人。 受到国家留学回国启动金的支持,负责并完成了2项国家自然基金项目,参加并完成了2项国家自然基金重点项目,负责并完成1项国家实验室学科交叉基金项目,负责并完成了1项清华大学自主科研项目(类人脑神经系统关键技术研究),负责并完成了12项国际/国内横向科研项目,参加并完成了1项北京市自然科学基金项目(多模态信息反馈重建运动神经通道踝关节康复机器人关键技术研究),参加并完成了1项清华大学自主科研项目(直流电刺激对神经可塑性干预的临床 应用研究)。参加科技部、自然基金委、工信部等相关项目评审工作。为多个国际、国内期刊和国际会议评审论文。 承担多项社会服务工作,包括:全国信息技术标准化技术委员会多媒体分委会第四届专家委员,ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC29工作组专家,中国数字音视频编解码技术标准工作组(AVS)总体组成员、音频组组长,负责国际和国家音频标准的编制工作;IEEE CAS、EMBS和SA会员;中国电子学会高级会员,中国电子学会、声学学会音频工程分会第十六/十七届委员会委员;北京电子学会广播电视委员会第九届委员 教育经历 2002.12-2006.10 法国卡昂大学(Université de CAEN)信号与图像处理博士 1992.8-1993.11 法国雷恩一大(Université de RENNES I)信号-通信-图像-雷达(STIR)硕士(DEA) 1980.9-1984.7 电子科技大学(原成都电讯工程学院)无线电技术(电视专业)学士 工作经历 1995.4至今 清华大学电子工程系讲师、副教授、教授 2008.1-2008.3 法国里昂中央理工大学Liris UMR CNRS 5205实验室特邀教授 2006.6-2006.9 法国里昂中央理工大学Liris UMR CNRS 5205实验室特邀教授 2002.12-2004.2 法国国家科学研究中心GREYC-ENSICAEN CNRS UMR 6072实验室访问学者:国家教委选派、国家留学基金委资助 1984.7-1992.7 电子科技大学(原成都电讯工程学院)无线电技术系、学生处、社科系助教、讲师
