研究领域

单分子电子学的研究既能满足当前电子器件微小化和功能化的发展需求,也能在单分子水平探索揭示物理、化学和生命科学等领域等规律。我的一方面研究聚焦于高性能单分子光电子器件的研制,构筑稳定的单分子整流器、单分子开关等器件,重点研究单分子器件在电输运过程中的开关/整流效应、量子干涉、自旋涨落等单分子尺度独特现象,实现分子开关、分子整流器等新型单分子器件的应用。另外一方面的研究聚焦于从单分子/单个事件的角度入手研究化学反应动力学,深入了解化学反应中丰富的动力学性质,寻找未知中间体,捕获可能的过渡态,判断/推测新的反应路径,从而揭示系综实验不能观察到的化学反应的分子机制、新现象和新效应。 1. 单分子光电子器件 2. 单分子化学反应动力学 3. 微纳光电子器件
